Classic view of the station Dan, thanks for sharing! I just finished boxing up my model of the station last Saturday. Just about all the "train stuff" is out of the old house now -
I did managed to get the windows on Ben Thresher's mill toned down a little bit so they don't look quite so new.
Crazy morning yesterday at work - followed by a lousy time getting poked at the doctor's office...
Guess some days you're the cushion, other days the pin...but this moron always make me smile -

Morning, all.

Love the dog with the hat!  Only two more weeks until I get to fly to the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania for some train show.  :)

Good morning! I hear there is going to be a train show in a couple weeks. Who is going beside Dr. Jeff and I? I'm making sure I have lots of room in the Jeep for all the goodies on the return trip.  I'm stopping at Scenic Express on the way home too. I'm looking forward to the trip. I hope to see you there.  I hope everyone has a great day.

Good Morning All,

Got some rain yesterday but not much.  Have some chores this morning then I don't know what's on the agenda.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Great day for a walk on the beach with the misses and pooch!

Later some time at the bench.

Sure going to miss going to the EXPO this year.  Well there's always the next one.

Afternoon all,

I'll be arriving in Altoona, PA later in the afternoon on Nov 1st.  There's few other things that are happening that day.  My Property Taxes (which are paid out of my Escrow Balance on my Mortgage are due that day.   :(  Oh yeah, the final mortgage payment will be drafted out of my checking account on that day.   :)  Finally, per a letter I received from the company servicing my mortgage, they're selling my loan to another servicer on that day.   >:(  I've had loans sold before but never have I had one sold on the day the final payment was being processed.  Sounds like a recipe for disaster.   :o  But, I'll be at the EXPO so I'll try not to worry about it.  :D

Have a great one!

Full house this morning, carpenters, electrician, painter and HVAC guy.  Everyone but the plumber...  But all their work is done!  All that's left is my own painting tasks, mostly trim and some touch-ups on the walls.  That should take another couple days.  (Doors will need 3 coats, everything else should be doable with 1 coat.)
