Morning all,

Lurking thru the trees watching that taxi guy preaching to one or two followers. (go Danny)  I'm sittin here suckin wind after shoveling 15" for two cars and a patio (but it's good for me to get some exercise since all the holiday meals).

Don't forget about George's F&SM rr open house the Friday before Springfield.   Have a good day all!  Thanx Thom...

Morning all,

Yes, T.G.I.F! to those of us who care!  :D

It's wonderful that Dan's challenge has generated so many new build threads.  I haven't posted a comment in all of them but I'm definitely following along.  I'm really pleased to see a hydrocal build was added.  It looks like Tom will have his second build thread finished before I even start mine.   ::)

It's also great to see that a lot of new members have joined the forum and started posting.   :)

Have a great one!

Good morning.  Five below here, windy with blowing snow.  Wonder where I left my sled?

Morning everyone

Its a cold sunny/-20 in South Jersey.  They say its 9 but with the wind hey it feels like -20.
So a good day to stay in and wait for them to plow the driveways.

Good day to sit at the bench.

Everyone have a wonderful day and stay warm!! :)

Good morning! We are still in the deep freeze here. It's time to go back into the train room.  I hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning. What can I say. Itís damn cold in Central VA 9 this am. Interesting article in the Washington Post how people are getting tired of Northerners saying this weather is no big deal: guy in Minnesota reporting that after spending ten days stuck on a sled in the snow he was freed by a domesticated elk lick him.  Anyway my dog Max is conflicted about going out.  By the way dog owners should see last two days of Red and Rover cartoon.  Enough rambling off to the train room.  Jim

We got maybe a foot of snow, hard to be sure with the wind.  Blowing out the driveway was a challenge, I had to make sure I wasn't trying to blow the snow into the wind (where it would come back and hit me in the face.)

Our high for today was 14, at 8:00 AM.

Good Morning All,

A little warmer today and tomorrow I think we're supposed to start warming up.  Have a haircut appointment in a bit and the Grandkids will be here tonight and tomorrow.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Flirted with freezing in Tampa. I'm sticking with the cargo pants (knee length jobs) and long sleeve shirt.
I had a shipment of soda delayed out of N.J.. I do miss the snow. If you have a good arm, throw one my way.
