Good morning.  Still in the negative temps this AM, but that should change.

Tom,
I didn't know Lowe's sold Sylvan vehicle paint, lol.

Morning all,
I think ACL 1504 has a challenge this morning.    Have a good day y'all.  Stay warm or cool depending on where you live. Thanx Thom...

Good morning! Two straight weeks with lows below zero, I'm ready for a warm up. I can't wait to get the gas bill - that will take care of some EXPO dollars. I'm off to the train room - I hope everyone has a great day.

-24. That's what it feels like in central Massachusetts according to weather.com. It got as low as feeling like -31. I don't remember it being this cold. I'm going to ask the Florida buddy group if they have room in their garages for me.

Robert Seckler is working on Sheepscot's Beanfield Siding as a display model for me. I have all the parts to re-release that. I didn't realize George Barrett gave me everything to make at least 20 of those. I was going through a box that was hidden under the old layout when I found all the parts. If you've never build a Sheepscot kit, it starts with a lot of "formers" - blocks of wood that are cut to shape and covered with roofing or siding. If I'd known I had all these, I probably would have put these together 8 years ago.

Stay Warm friends!
JD

Here are some Sheepscot "formers" -

Morning, another day another water main break! >:( I'm ready to move to Florida and build vehicles for Tom full time. If anyone has a photo of my work bench can you post it, I forget what it looks like. I should post a photo of my unbuilt Sylvan collection, you wouldn't believe it.....

Morning, all.

Twenty degrees here this morning.  Would have put shorts on but I'm at work.   ;D Hopefully this will head east to unfreeze the rest of us northerners.

It's so cold today (and this week).  Think I'll spend the day warming up a bit.  Thanx Thom...

Morning all,

I spent most of the day at the workbench yesterday and plan on doing more of the same today.  I may even break out the soldering iron to warm things up a bit.   ;)

The high today is supposed to be 63.   8)  It looks like our cold snap is coming to an end and we'll be back in the 70's this week.

I see the winning ticket for big the PowerBall jackpot was sold in New Hampshire.  Probably to someone who lives there.  If so, I bet they won't be living there much longer.   :D  They'll probably be moving to a warmer climate pretty soon.

Have a great one!
