Title: 3rd Business Card Diorama
Post by: darrylhuffman on May 22, 2020, 05:37:13 PM
My parents were part of the people who left the Oklahoma/Arkansas region during the depression in the 1930s.

The shack we lived in when I was very young still exists today.

The size was 9 feet wide and 20 feet long.  No indoor plumbing.

A shack that size will fit on a standard business card in HO.

Here is my version of my childhood home.

Very cool concept and modeling! I like a finite space as I am terribly impatient...maybe I should build my layout one business card at a time  ;D

Darryl, love the model, especially the surface treatment.  I like to mix my hobbies, I just finished a song about the dustbowl with a friend in Hawaii.  Have a listen if you are so inclined  Regards from the UK Barry
