I find the biggest issues with Woodland Scenics trucks are getting the cab to fit down onto the seat, and joining the two frame sections together.  I usually end up doing quite a bit of filing to square up the seat base.  I also find I have to do some filing to get the two frame halves to fit together.  I use epoxy to attach the two frame halves and it takes some effort to get them to fit together well and have the frame line up straight.
