Making a Billboard from an old Plasticville piece

I will begin by apologizing to all who will be offended that I cut up an antique. But, while it is now heavily modified, I am pleased to have a vintage piece that can be exhibited on a realistic pike. So: Sorry. Not sorry.  ::)

Here is the unmodified Plasticville Billboard:

And the back:

Removing the cast plastic feet:

Filling the back with Bondo:

And sanding it flush:

Installation of a backer for the actual billboard sign:

The back being v-groove with some added styrene framing:

A blast of gray primer:

And then I stopped taking progress photos....

So here is the front after a green paint and weather powder application:

With some signage added:

And with the edges of the banjo toned down a bit.
