Neat boat shed.  The airy, open design gives it a graceful look.

Thanks George , I have the shed all weathered up and added the ladder.
I used Rembrandt chalks and alchohol for the weathering.

I got a start on the two building  wharfs. It was suggested to use two part epoxy but after attaching two underside pieces I switched over to the white glue.

Looks fantastic, Lynn. Can you tell me your weathering process for using the Rembrandt chalks and alcohol? Love the look. Thank you.

Lynnb

Thanks Steve
jerrman I basicly just use a razor blade to make a pile of Rembrandt chalk and get some isopropyl alchohol, dip the small brush into the alcohol and then to the edge of the pile of powdered chalk , make a slurry and apply it to what ever I'm working on. If after it dries I see its too dark or too light I can add with more slurry of different shade or same or take away with just alcohol. Its very forgiving.

Hey Lynn:

It's looking just great so far.

Thanks Karl.
I got the base put together , just need to let the rough ground dry and I can place the wharfs to see how long to cut the legs.

Been bouncing around a bit , got a good start on the boat that will be on shore for extensive repairs.
I also did some airbrushing on the small rental boats, I first gave them a Khaki prime a while back and went over them with some floquil colors, I think I will give a few a Floquil cement shade as well.
