Seriously? I cannot think of anyone in this group that would not be interested. Looking forward to more of the F&SM!
George sold the last of I.M. Dunn, yesterday.
On Facebook a few weeks back someone got on and criticized this scene as unrealistic. Frank Bernard and others came back with the proto photos. Here George is presenting the evidence to the naysayers 'n' nitpickers.
George is especially eager to have the new town of Goree posted on the Forum. Others with pix, (Raymo, Frank...) please feel free to add to the thread!

Dave,
Thanks so much for posting these photos of the F&SM. Every one is a lesson in modeling.
My pleasure, Jerry. I've got tons more, but downloading/resizing/work/posting issues I'll have to add them piecemeal over the next ??? weeks.
Hello Dave, Where in the world did he had more room for the new a town? Beautiful job on the picture'd sir......Dennis
Hey Dave:

Ah...Friday.
The posting problems are proving to be a real time-sucker. I invite you to see the photos on Facebook at Dave's Workbench.
Gonna do my best to post over the weekend...
Dave,
I hope you are able to post without problems. I, for one, have missed you.
Thanks kindly, Jerry...Got all my pix moved...now to resize.

Dave
I missed you to. The posting problems have been a real pain - I hope you find a solution. I haven't had any trouble as long as I use my MacBook Pro. The iPad only has problems if I try to respond to someones post or edit one of mine. So I have been sticking to the MacBook until Jimmy finds a solution.
Thanks kindly, John. It's just a matter of sitting down at the desktop, which is in the basement. I could resize/post lickety-split on my iPhone before the posting issues occurred. So, I promised George I'd post so I will. Just gonna take some time. Retirement is only 20 months away!!!!
Here we go...resize test. Bob ("Eddie") Norton, Dave Kruiswyk, George Sellios.
Hallelujah!!! It worked!
Second test...

Enjoy...lots more to add!

Thanks for your efforts in posting these Dave !!! Some nice images of the F&SM. And I enjoy seeing how each visitor captures slightly different angles and views of similar subjects.
Thanks again, much appreciated!

I agree with Paul, thank you very much. Always good to see pictures of the F&SM.
Tom ;D
Enjoy!

Thanks Dave for the great pictures. I spend time just looking at them enjoying the details and the story each tells. Seeing in person was amazing but being able to take time to view a scene while having a coffee is great too.

Enjoy!

Great photographs! Thank you for sharing them with us.
Dave,
I have visited the F&SM twice in the days when cameras were not allowed. On both occasions I was overwhelmed trying to see and remember all the great ideas I gleaned from my visit. Even though the photos don't capture the overall impact of the layout in person, they offer the opportunity to study the incredible attention to detail that George has captured. So, thank you again!
Only about 200 to go!
How many illicit urinators are on the F&SM? Inquiring minds, and all.

Thanks again Dave !! All great pictures, and since our move out of the area a couple of years ago I have not been able to get to George's for some time. Thanks for providing me the opportunity to check in with all he has been up to most recently, much appreciated.
And looks like you had quite the helicopter ride around Franklin and South Manchester as part of your visit ;) And very grateful for your perseverance in getting all of these posted !!!
Sincerely,
--Paul
So glad you enjoyed it, Paul!
My God, I remember buying that book when it came out!!!!!! Wow I wished he did a 2nd one......Dennis
Yep...another is due!
Dave, Thank you very much...... Dennis
Thank you very much Dave
My pleasure Dennis...Jan. By the way, George will be the guest in a week or so on the HO Scale Customs podcast.
Dave, I never seen that site before. It's great place and with youtube videos. Cant go wrong ;)...........Dennis
Dave
Thank you again, for posting the pictures and persevering over the forum software issues. I never get tired of looking at George's wonderful "work of art" layout. Now that George says it's done, I wonder how long it will be before the expansion itch hits and he expands again. ;)
John: he did suggest it was time for you to revisit and shoot Goree.
Thanks for all of the wonderful photos Dave. I never tire of looking at George's modeling work.
Thanks for the pics, Dave!
Jeff
That's gonna be a great trip for you two :)

I have to find a way to make that happen. You just need a F&SM fix once in a while.
Enjoy, all!
