Morning all,

I think many of us have our own version of that orphan shelf Terry.  I know I have several builds around that are near the finish line but never quite made it.  :-[

Just another day of work on this end.  29 calendar days, 21 workdays left.  ;)  Then I can reconsider some of those shelf orphans.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Just another day in the office.  I have to cut out early this afternoon to submit my application for a passport.  Last time I had one I was still in High School so that one expired a little while back.   ::)

I'm really amazed by the amount of detail in some of the 3D printed castings that are available these days.  Neat stuff.

Have a great one!

Afternoon all,

Sorry, after a four-day weekend the e-mails and stuff to do at the office backed up quite a bit.  My work PC was moving even slower than me too boot.

Yesterday morning I did the yard work (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) and in the afternoon I fired up the airbrush and painted a lot of stuff various colors for the new build.  I haven't gotten quite far enough along to start the build thread yet but hope to be there soon.

Have a great one!

This is coming along really well, Jeff.  It's an impressive looking kit and you're doing an outstanding job with it!

Morning all,

Jim, that wagon looks nice.  It also looked like it would be a challenge to build.  You did a fine job with it.

Workbench time yesterday and more of the same today.  I'll put off chores until tomorrow (my last vacation day).

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Think I'll head out to the garage later and break out the airbrush to prime some stuff for the new build.  If I can't find some color of Floquil to use as the primer, I'll punt and use a rattle can instead.  Then I'll work on bracing the walls.  Also, a trip to Hobby Lobby to pick up some craft paints.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

I'm not adjusting my retirement countdown clock by 10 days Terry!  Don't scare me like that.   ;D

Day off today.  First thing on the agenda is to go the tank in my car.  Later on my better half and I are going out for lunch (she's off too).  This afternoon I'll pull out the workbench and get back into a new build I started.  More on that once I get far enough along to show something.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Halfway through my four-day work week!  One long meeting this morning though.  I'll be retiring at just about the right time.  They just declared that they want us to turn on our webcams when we present in meetings.  ::) I'll just avoid presenting for the next month or so. ;D

I'm itching to get back to the workbench.  Friday is coming.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Another day, another dollar. :) Nothing on the workbench front to report.  Just plugging along waiting for a four-day weekend to arrive.  Then I'll have some time to spend at the workbench.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Just another Monday in the office.  Well, at the dining room table anyway.  The dining room table my better half will be happy to have back come May.   ;)

Yesterday I cleaned off the workbench and cracked open a new kit.  There's a new build thread coming once I get far enough along to have something worthy of showing.

Have a great one!

Looking good Tom!  Of course, I've had the pleasure of seeing this one in person.  It's going to be a real eye catcher in when it's finished and in its new home.

I'm following Jeff! Looks like an interesting kit. Thanks for sharing.

Morning all,

Hope you all have a great St. Patrick's Day!

I'll pass on the green beer Greg.  I prefer Guiness.  Well, actually, I prefer Tullamore Dew.  But I'll hold off on that until this evening.  After we've had our Irish Stew.  I hope Cuse is having a wonderful time in Ireland.

Workbench time on tap for today.  Time to clean off the workbench and maybe even break out a new kit.  Red Hook isn't quite finished but everything that's left to be done will have to move to the garage workbench due to the size of that thing.

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Welcome back Dave.  I can't say I've never been to Spain.  I did visit once.  But that visit was more than 50 years ago.  :o

Nice haul Jeff.  Some additions for the empire!

Nothing on tap today.  I think I'll work in the garage this afternoon and try to start straightening up the workbench out there.  It's in sad shape.

Have a great one!
