Thursday 26DEC
« on: December 26, 2019, 07:42:33 AM »
Good morning!  I guess everybody is all tuckered out from yesterday's festivities.  Hope you all had a great Christmas.  I'm off to run errands today, but hope to be able to find time to get in some bench time.

Morning all,

Also back at work today.  Nice, quiet, day at home yesterday.  Pondering what to build for the build challenge.  I guess it'll depend on when I finish what's currently on my workbench.   :P

Have a great one!

Morning all,

Nice and quiet here also. Today is just another Saturday in the grand scheme of retirement.

I'm starting the new year off early by getting back to working on the layout. So much to do with so little time.

Have a great day ya'll.

Good morning.

I hope everyone was able to enjoy the holiday with their family.

Not sure what is on the agenda for today.  Might go to lunch with my friend Jim (whiskeyriver).  He'll be calling later to let me know how his day is going.

Good Morning All,

Christmas with the family was great, except...the stove died about halfway through cooking and baking.  :'( it never seems to end). First thing I have to figure out if it's the breaker (2) or the stove.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Curt, I know what that's like.  Last year our oven died before Christmas, and it was down for 5 months, most of that time waiting for parts (from Turkey.)  Apparently the manufacturer used an unreliable thermostat part and had to make replacements.

Otherwise, sunny and cool day in SE NH, I need to go to the supermarket.  We stuffed ourselves last night, but I need some staples (eggs, horseradish) to help with the leftovers.

Happy Boxing Day, everyone.

Internet at daughter's just came back on.

Heading home early tomorrow, back to the bench.

Be safe, all.
