Monday - December 21st - The Winter Solstice
« on: December 21, 2020, 07:42:54 AM »
Morning all,

Welcome to the shortest day of the longest year ever.  ;)  Also happens to be my better half's birthday.  Juniors birthday is tomorrow.  Neither one likes hearing Happy Christmas or Merry Birthday.   ;D  ;D  ;D

I think all I have left to do for the boat build is put the mast in place, run all the rigging and attach three or four final details.  I should be able to wrap this one up so I can start the Winter Build Challenge on time.   ;)

Have a great one!

Morning Bob and others,

Happy Birthday to Eileen and Jr. tomorrow.

I have some errands with Pam and then the day is mine, short as it is.

Ya'll be safe and stay healthy.

Morning, all.

Slept late.  Need to do some wrapping today, and a trip to the grocery store is planned as well.  I have a short week, only a day and a third to work this week.   ;D

Stopped by to remind the procrastinators, you have four shopping days left before Christmas unless you're celebrating Orthodox Christmas this year.
Stay healthy and warm.

Morning. We got another 2" of the white nuisance yesterday afternoon/evening. Was able to get some vehicles closer to being finished yesterday and played around with some others.

Howdy,

Very short week at the salt mines this week. We have off Thursday and Friday so wither that means it will be super slow or super busy. I am hoping for super slow.

I have all I need gathered up for the 2021 Challenge. I sure hope to see some super giant Fos and Bar Mills kit in that challenge.

Live it up today.

Good morning. I joined the ranks of those that slept in late.  I had no real reason, I just felt like it. Now the coffee and some exercise is required to get everything moving, again. I have a few chores to get done and then I hope to get to some modeling.  I have to builds to finish before I can start the challenge. I hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning!  Our dog got me up at 5:30 today, so I just stayed up.  Had breakfast then shoveled off the driveway of the 1+" of snow that fell yesterday.  Time for another pot of coffee.  When does the 2021 Build Challenge start?  Be safe!

Had a video pop up on Facebook that, from a scenery modeling stand point was very good.  A ton of details.

Morning all. Chalk me up -- I had a late one too. Also meant a late morning. I want to try and get my Saulenas' finished before Christmas. Still got lots to do.

Have a good day everyone!
