Baggage Car - Daily Chat / Re: #11 Club

Great stories so far, keep them coming....makes me feel (Less Stupid) better that we all sometimes have accidents, or just brain farts......
Great logo...make a great badge on our profiles, or Expo t-shirts. 😜
If anyone has any better ideas for the Logo feel free. that one took me 10 min online at some free ad maker website.....wanted to add blood on the blade, but the software did not support it, and ran out of time on my lunch hour....

This started out as a joke topic in scratch building, about an unfortunate accident that I had with a #11 blade. So here is the quick logo that came out of it. Feel free to post your unique mishaps with tools, that might have cost you a trip to the ER, or not...

Hey All,
Just a couple quick pics today. I managed to get the stone walls cast, and for the most part painted. I used a base coat of concrete, than with a sponge, did spotting of various shades of gray, browns, that had been thinned.  Finished up with ink wash on the crevices, and on top. Lastly, gave a dry brush of bleached sand. Thanks for taking a look...

The #11 Club shirts would be great. cut yourself post a pic, and you can purchase a t-shirt. Or, maybe just the purchase part would work better....

Howdy All,
For the most part the walls had been finished prior to my accident. I did a little to finish them up. I also had the small supply shed pretty much done. The molds I made copies of for the stone walls on the bottom of the building. Not sure if I am going to use resin, or try hydrocal for these. And of course the last picture shows what you get, when you are not careful with a sharp object.
You can see the offending object just below....Thanks for taking a look....

Karl,
Thanks. This one I could not put a band aid on. Knew that the second I realized what had just happened...
