Jan,

Nice job on the water tank. The strands of wire is a neat trick I'll keep in mind. You must have a 10X Opti-Visor to work in "N" scale.

I need one just to see your thread. ;D ;D ;D

Tom ;D

I think strips of styrene work best for larger scales, but in N-scale it's hard to cut styrene thin enough.

I had glasses made for my hobby , they are a sunglass frame with very strong reading lenses in them.

Thank you John, RLM's kits are great , and this one is a lot of fun with all the details . Did I mention there are even pigeons in this kit.  ;D

Off to a great start Mike , I'll be following along.

9
After some painting and weathering I installed the watertank on the roof.

Also did some chalks on the roof .

Elevator house and walkplanks on the roof.

10
Painted the letters white.

Just something to hold while I'm painting the roof buildings.

The ladder for the watertank.

The instructions in the kit are I believe for the H0 kit, it says use the styrene strips for the watertank , but there are no styrene strips . In stead I used strands of wire.

Using CA glue and a lot of patience it was easier then I thought it would be.

Added the other details to the watertank.
