Tom , I had that same feeling for most part of the year , up and till a week or 2 ago, now I'm in the train room again. You'll be your usual self soon enough , until then take it easy , it's just a hobby.

The tanks look good in both colors , I think weathering them appropriately is more important then silver or grimy black.

Good evening, another day at work behind me, oh how I wish I could retire, not in a long time though, 10 years to go.

I know a few of you will like these photo's by Martin Geldermans

Spent the last 2 days at the KLM Open, Dutch golf tournament on the European Tour, saw some great golf in between rain showers . 2 more days off now , so I'll be doing some modeling.

Yea, simple when you have the answers.

Tom ;D

Not so simple when you have no clue to what these are.

Woke up this morning at 6 from the sound of a chainsaw, firemen were cutting down a tree 3 doors further that had fallen against those neighbors wall, that's what happens when you have a fall storm while all the trees still have all their foliage.

I've thought about this several times, living single , relatives have no clue at all about model trains, no close modeling friends. Good idea to start writing down what should be done with everything if my time would come too soon.

Right now I'm just hoping I live long enough to give everything to a good home before I am gone.

Good evening, I am thinking of building a small HO layout to go to shows with and to put all my HO kits on. It would have to fit with kits like FOS Dead Horse Bay and Oyster Hill in the 1920's, anyone have suggestions for a town or railroad that meets my desires.
