The crane really came out looking great Loren!  Weathering is superb.  Nice addition to your "family" of kits.
Mark,
Thanks for the compliment......The family just keeps on growing.....bigger than the Partridge family now....

Howdy all,
I went off on a tangent the other day. I finished the platform for the conveyor shed, and it would just look empty without the hoist. I made this copy from wood, and plastic. Please excuse the double sided tape holding it down for now.  Also, you will see the latest addition to my craftsman kit collection.....thanks for taking a look...

Loren,
I have never owned the Tannery Kit.
Did the stone walls come with the kit or another kit

Mike Sigmon
Mike,
The walls come with the kit. These are cast copies of the originals.

Jimmy,
Congrats, You can at least become "The Casting King". I am sure that anyone of us would pay to get our hands on re-runs of some of his castings...

Curt,
Thanks for the compliment. The bands are good old brown thread, with some rust applied...I could have done the bands a little better (guess I am getting lazy).

I finally seem to have made some progress. I managed to get the main building walls put together. I still have weathering to do, and the roof, and some details. I also got the dye tanks together for the most part, just need to weather the roof, and put some weathering around the interior. Thanks for taking a look...

John,
Thanks...it was difficult to find a blue that was not overpowering. I really never cared for the blue, but I wanted to be true to Georges build.

John,
Thanks.....by the way, the station kit #235 was good except for one missing coal shovel on your end, and you have an extra roof bracket.
