Morning all,

I'll be in the train room most of the day. This morning I need to get the Babe a new cell phone. Less than a year old and the phone keeps dropping calls. I wish it would drop the shopping sites.

Have a great day ya'll.

Roger,

This is a great stain. I've been using it for the past two years.

I think it was mentioned in a thread about a year ago.

Always good to share it for those that may have missed the other post.

Mr. Tom, The 3rd level is on it's way. When Kris saw the pictures she said I really need to get moving on some trees for Tom for the new level!!. I told her she had plenty of time because you had a lot to do. Her reply to me was "well Tom moves a little faster than you do". Thanks Tom,..... I guess.
Bill

Bill,

Appreciate you taking the time to check in on the thread. Kris needn't be in any hurry to finish any of the trees. I won't need any for at least a minimum of six+ months.

I do move very fast at times and at others, I'm just the the Tortoise in the race, slow and slower.

Jan,

Great job on the structure. It is turning out to be a show stopper. And, all the casting will really bring it to life.

BTW, my eye doctor wouldn't make me special glasses for the hobby. He said he didn't want my eyes to get used the close up lens. He said to use the opti visor with my regular readers.

I really don't see the difference. I'm still looking through a magnified lens. ???

I'm satisfied with how the bench work fits on the third level.

That said, my main focus for the next couple of weeks is to get LED's in the many structures on the second level.

I'm going to dedicate a few days to just making goose neck lamps. I'll need 15 goose neck lamps and 10 utility poles with LEDs and about 15 other regular LEDs for interior and loading dock lights.

I'm also actively working on thread other threads.

More Diet Pepsi please.

If I had to develop a railroad Dewey System, and use it religiously, I wouldn't get any modeling done.  So, lets leave it as it is, and we will leave the spouses in the dark, and just keep it as a Senior Moment.

Steve,

Agreed, a Senior Moment!

Peter,

This is just wonderful. I'm amazed at all the work going into the build. What a fantastic display for the museum.
