Morning

The siding is on the back wall.  The left side under the shed roof gets tar papered.
Actually the rest of the building gets tar paper.

I just made a jig for the 7 windows I need to make small tilt out is what the plans call for.

Now that my surgery is done I might be able to make better progress.

Here is were the mine stands now the walls are done for the tipple. Not glued together yet as all the wood gets covered with TP.

Here is the first of three bents for the head frame.
The rods still need to be put in. This was the easiest one. The other two have the shaft that sends the cart down the shaft.

Another update.

The three bents are done on one side they need to be filled in on the two sides facing you. The truss rods are in on these sides.




These are the tracks that lower the bucket and men into the shaft they are made out of .060 x .060 angle and .010 x .040 styrene and sprayed with grimy black.

They will be straight when glue in place in side the bents.
