Craig,
Thanks for finding this forum to share your special modeling talent.
Your builds are all top notch and there is a wealth of information you used that need to be tried at our end to improve all skill levels.
Look forward to seeing more of your work.
Tommy

Thank you, Tom. That's extremely kind. I am very happy to be a part of this community and give back where I can!

A masterpiece and it provides tons of inspiration for me and I'm sure everyone here.  Thanks very much for all your detailed posts and pics.

Couldn't be more grateful for you and your words, George. Providing inspiration is, truly, the most rewarding part of the hobby. Thank you for tagging along on this one!

Awesome work.  I love the weathering and the details. Great reference when I get to my waterfront scene.

Thanks, John. Can't wait to see what you'll do with a waterfront scene.

Micro-update.

Decided to take a quick break from the longer build and produce something within an evening build (2.5 hours).

Inspired by a structure on the F&SM, I made this trackside structure for the tribute:

Thanks, Dennis! These little builds are a lot of fun.

Very neat, Craig.

I love the roofing material.  Really nice colours, too.

Cheers, Mark.

Very nice building. I especially like the paint detail on the door hinges and doorknob assembly. Very striking (striker plate? Might be a pun in there somewhere)

Mark, Vince — thank you. Really appreciate your comments.

Vince, those little details are always what make a build pop. I will only consider sometime done when I can take an extreme close-up like this and still be happy with it.

Jerry

Small building's seem to have a lot of character.

Great job on this one.
