HO Scale Miller Brothers Lumber Supply KIT, based on an actual family business located along the Conococheague creek in the historic Cushwa Basin in Williamsport MD, circa 1920.  The original structure had a unique waterwheel to power the equipment that was inside the mill in the lower level.   This kit features self stick board by board construction, Tichy windows and doors.  Footprint approximately 6"x6".   Scenery, vehicles and people not included.  ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
