That is a good question.
The main buildings for the kit are available separately from Bar Mills. There are a few buildings included in the limited run kit not available any other way.
We will soon find out the outcome...

Well, we all knew it was a matter of time. I hope it sells for the asking price; however, I think its to early after the release to bring that high price.

Ha...yeah, I put that kit up there. I was going thru my stash of kits last night and was prioritizing how I was going to build my kits and the Cundy Village kit was pretty far down on that list. Therefore, I thought I would throw it out there and see if I could get a good profit out of it. If not, there is no need to sell it....its a neat looking kit and I'm sure I'll build it someday. The last time I did something like this is when I ended up with 2 Red Hook kits (a guy traded me one for some other kits I owned). I threw one of them up on eBay and it sold for about $1500. Totally not expecting anyone to buy it at that price.

Some guys have all the luck.
The one time I tried to profit from a craftsman kit purchase I waited one year to resell and only made $20.
Anyway, it's just toy trans.

I lost $40 on a FSM kit 2 years ago...
I have the Cundy Village kit and down the road I might sell the hotel it's just too big for the area I 'm looking at. Well see.Tom
