Title: On30 Covered Bridge
Post by: halrey on April 03, 2015, 03:31:24 PM
Acts of Kindness...

A while back my good friend Brian Kistenmacher was lamenting about not having a HO Varney Dockside switcher. I had one that was unbuilt, and I had the Central Valley valve-gear add-on, in mint condition. So after a while, I finally said, "I will give you the one I have".

In exchange, Brian said he would build me a covered bridge for my On30 project.

It arrived yesterday, it is beautiful! Very nice work...

Hal

Hal, What a great gesture on your part to offer the Varney docksider. And what a beautiful way of saying thank you from Brian. That certainly is a really great looking little bridge and ought to find a perfect home on your new On30 project. Looking forward to seeing it in person ...
All the best,
--Paul
