The loco is built on a Grandt Line HOn3 boxcab chassis, the gondola car on the loading bridge is an N scale drop-bottom car, the mine car on the skip track above is HOn3. The washing machine in the background adds a little something, don't ya think?
I've always had a spot in my heart for "critters". They added credence to the expression " necessity is the mother of invention". It's amazing what machine shops came up with when they had very little to work with. Beautiful work on your layout, I might add.
they guys working in the backshops were clever, creative and resourceful, imagine a service operation today that had to make all their own repair parts? I'm in awe of what those guys did.
Stan
I love it and the scenes it "critters" through.
T ;D
Is the washing machine scratchbuilt as well? ;D
Jeff
