Hoping to finish this up today and send it off to its new home in Michigan.

Looks good!  I'd suggest adding some weathering around the 'eroded stucco' on the one side, particularly some A&I at the bottom of the opening where dirt would collect.

Looks Great. I agree with Dave E. on the weathering on the side wall.

Thanks, guys. I'll weather the front/top some more but the building will be shoulder-to-shoulder with neighboring businesses on a downtown street scene. Really didn't even need the side windows, but I'll do a tad more weathering on the sides in case we do a gangway there or something. I won't even bother with the rear loading dock/steps since it won't be seen. Got lots to build so I'm learning not to spend time on what won't be visible. Cheers!
