Title: Reading Freight Sta Lansdale Pa
Post by: postalkarl on September 24, 2016, 02:42:39 PM
Hi guys:

Here's a few pictures for you to peruse on a future project of mine. These are plaster walls. I tried to match the stone as close as I could. Let me know what you think or if any of you have suggestions they are very welcome. I'm post a prototype photo and my painted wall. Hopefully it will pass.

Used dark A&I on wall then dry-brushed with grimy black.

Hi guys:

here's A close up of the stone. It's a strange color stone and not easy to match with paint.

Karl,

I think your walls look really great, if you want them dark. However, they are much darker than the prototype photo. How about using a lighter gray or adding some white to what you used.

The Grimy Black is too dark for the look you are after. That said, you walls do look really great.
