Good morning. The idea of a signage link would be good.  Jim

Doug, great job of breaking down the sign categories!  ;D ;D ;D
I know that I've already screwed up and posted some in the wrong category, but
I'll keep on posting more!

We can never have too many signs!

Basic computer question. How would I transfer these images to my desktop computer and then print them on HO scale.  I have photoshop. Where is Jaime whe I need him?  Thanks. Jim

Jim.......

Try right clicking one or another of them and then you should have an option for "Save As"

Put it somewhere you can remember and then go back in and cook it with what ever photo editor you use.

For applying signs to structures I use fine sand paper on the back of the sign and remove the paper until the print is starting to show through.  They are very fragile at this point.  Then apply white glue or glue of you choice and lay the sign down in it and work it into the brick or clap board of the structure.  The glue goes off fast so you don't have a lot of time.

Thanks Bob. By the way I understand your thoughts on retirement from teaching. I retires at 55 after 30 years with the Fairfax County VA school system (teacher, curriculum specialist, high school assistant principal). The later just wore me down; too many fights, drugs, knives and guns.  Structures talk back quietly and don't bring lawyers to the job.  Jim
