Title: Rapido Switch Stands
Post by: halrey on July 19, 2017, 04:39:02 PM
I though it would be a interesting project to light one up...
Well, I will say it's not for the soldering challenged, damn nano LEDs are crazy small, .02"x.039".
Rapido made the switch stand kits, which I guess were offered with a switch motor but they also sell them with no motor, they were never intended to be lit. It wouldn't take much to make them operate.

Wow.  Those are really teeny tiny LEDs.

Wow!  I can solder leads to the mini LED's but I'm afraid to even open the package containing the nano LED's.   ;D  That is really neat.

Very nice! I wonder what magnification lens I would need to work with those.

Although I love the idea, I wouldn't even consider doing it. I value my eye sight to much! ;D ;D ;D
