Is there sign in on Wednesday evening? If so what are the hours?

Jay, we often have a time on Wednesday evening for check-in. Being that this is the first time we've used a separate facility from the hotel we aren't sure how it's going to work. Hopefully we'll be able to set-up a check-in table in the host hotel lobby on Wednesday evening, otherwise it will be Thursday morning at the convention center, beginning at around 7AM.
