Title: Changes in Belverton
Post by: richbeau on November 24, 2017, 05:38:28 PM
First there was a hole...

Then George patched it...

Now he's filled it...

Looks pretty neat. I got good photos of the diner and the small structure to the left. The new small Belverton station photos just &$#@%!  I'll have to get a better one  :-[

The Harbor Fish Market...

And there's the new Sisson's Diner...

I have more photos but I'll surprise you.  8)

Rich,
George never ceases to amaze at blending in a new scene to match what's been there for decades.  Nice pics Rich!  Thanx Thom...

I'm betting hand-carved masters, but John, Dan, or Thom would know.

Rich,

Thanks for the pics.  Another great set of models.  Regarding the sidewalks, George made the masters and they are cast in metal. He has never given them in a kit and only uses them for his layout.s

Dave,

The masters were built brick by brick for that extra weathered look.

Does George make his masters by carving into plaster?
