Hey All,
Here is a project I finished a week ago, for a member here. I could not post the build, as I wanted the final product to be a surprise. He should have taken delivery of it this morning.
With the exception of the end girders, and the stair treads everything else was scratched.....
Thanks for taking a look....

Beautiful, I would be a bit nervous shipping something like that.

Janbouli,
Thanks appreciate the compliment....this was the first time working in plastic, so it was a different ball game than wood. I know some people love styrene, but you cannot hide a mistake as easy as with wood.

Wow Loren- that is some really nice work! What a great tower to have on a layout!
Do you plan on attending the Modeling show in Albany this coming November?

Bob,
My pleasure. That is one of the main reasons I post. I hope that it inspires, or just brings joy to another, than it was all worth it.

It really is an impressive piece of modeling.  I had the pleasure & privilege of seeing it in person and presenting it to the new owner.  He  was thrilled receiving it.  It sure does look great on his layout!

Nice model, congratulations.  I'm far from my references, but that looks a lot like the tower at the south end of Troy, NY Union station, widened from 2 tracks to 3.

James,
You are correct. I had to modify it a bit, and put the stairs on the outside instead. The other tower had a end entrance, and this one was a back/front entrance.
