Title: Residential mailbox
Post by: mecrr on September 04, 2018, 07:39:25 PM
Folks, anyone have a suggestion of how to model the type of mailbox that attaches to the front of your House besides the front door? Sometimes I have seen a small basket or thin rectangular box used.I am not looking for the box on a pole that goes out near the street. Thanks,David Stickney

Take a piece of styrene the approximate size of the box.  Sand the angle on top.  Then glue a piece of cardboard to represent the flap.

Curve them both on an appropriate diameter drill bit.
