Has anyone here ever bought from Wrighttrak freight car kits ? I ordered a kit from him last July and have not received it. Emailed him three times and was told it would be shipped in a few days. Last time was in late nov. Have emailed him three times in the last two weeks and got no response. Does he always take this long ? Kit was available when I ordered it.

I've never heard of this company until today. I hope it gets resolved. Nothing erks me more than a non or ignored response to my emails.
If you paid by Paypal, put the payment in dispute and that will get his attention. Paypal is very buyer friendly when it comes to stuff like this.
