Howdy All,
So here is a first for me. I have almost 50 FSM kits on the shelf, but never have built one. A fellow modeler here on the Forum, asked if I would build one for him. The only question I asked him, was new, or Old? You can guess from the pics what his reply was. Thanks for taking a look.....

Great looking build Loren.
Hey Loren:
Great job on that one. I think I have that one to build for my friends layout.
Karl
Excellent build. Weathering is just right.
Frank
I totally agree with Frank.

You succeeded in doing that Loren , great job.
Another great build...and I happen to be the lucky person who Loren built it for! I asked him to make it very weathered and he certainly achieved that. I need to get my butt in gear on the layout so that I can get it placed on it!
Really great work Loren. What did you use for the shingles?

Yep - same question. They look too nicely uneven to be standard Campbell strips.
Loren
It looks great - very nice work.
Loren,
Fantastic work, as always. Weathering is perfect!
John
Love it..
Well done Loren..... 8)

Steve, and Vince
Thanks for the comment....I used Best trains random shakes. painted light gray than random raw umber , and neutral gray streaked on. That was followed by a light wash of hunterline black.
Finally, dry brushed with bleached sand, and weather chalks used here, and there.
