Title: Not 'crazies', but curious...
Post by: JimF on July 27, 2019, 10:18:45 AM
It's probably me, but what is the Enticement to a buyer, when seller lists 'Free Returns'? Free shipping I totally get, but returns? Granted, if I but a item that turns up damaged, or missing parts, I might want to return it, if the seller can not correct the issue. But, is a seller using "Free Returns' selling items he expects the customer won't like, once received?

Also, is there that much of a market for built up kits? For me, it's the kit building. Are there that many out there who don't want to build?

Just some Sat AM puzzlements :)

A short Answer to both of your questions is "YES".

eBay thinks that free returns and free shipping will make someone bid quicker ( just eBay BS)

No body wants to build anything today.  It is called "instant gratification".  This spelled the end of the Athearn  "Blue Boxes".
