I wonder if you aren't able to get a copy off those form the RGS historical society or even maybe a public library somewhere.

Mike, have you checked Mike Blazek's plans at http://blazeksplan.com/ he has a number of RGS coal structure plans.
The plan was drawn by John W. Maxwell. Perhaps the Colorado Railroad Museum has copies. https://coloradorailroadmuseum.org/

Don't forget to post pictures when you build it Mike.....interesting structure. What happens up at the top of the chute, do trucks or hoppers dump the coal into the chute?

GREG that would take some research to find out how the ore or coal is delivered to the top.   Most likely because its for ORE, an elevated mine would be up there with trackage.

Basically saw the 2 sets of plans and thought those are neat, maybe I might want to build one of them if the cost of plans was reasonable, which the set I got were.  Think these ended up over $25 ?  I set a limit and stuck to it.

Sounds right about the ore Mike, that makes sense that the chute would be near an entry to a mine. Looking forward to what you do with them.  :)
