I just pulled Red Hook Wharf off the shelf and it's currently in the on deck circle. Might still get replaced by a pinch hitter but maybe not. ;)

I was watching. I have one on the sidelines. Not sure I'll ever build it, at least I'll probably get my money back. To sell for more than Red Hook is very surprising. Mark
