Good morning! A few hours at the workbench this morning and then it's back outside to work on yard work. I power washed the gazebo, yesterday, so I can move my portable workbench out there for some fresh air. I hope everyone has a great day. Picture of the day.

It is getting harder and harder to return back to work after being off. Holiday weekends are especially difficult.

I've been lacking in motivation for the last month or so. One trick to get the juices flowing is to do something different, so I tackled a 1/35 German (VW) Kubelwagon kit. Work-in-progress. One trick I picked up from a military modeler video was doing chipping using a small piece of sponge to drybrush on the 'chipped away' paint.

Here's what I understand, not authoritative:
1. They suffered a cyber attack.
2. Joe would like a better, more reliable system. But the problem has been importing the posts and the pictures from the old system into the new one.
3. So I'm guessing that Joe is having problems getting a clean restore of the previous system (including a fix to whatever was penetrated), and having problems getting a replacement up.

I think Joe is putting in a new system.
But he is worried about losing some of the old stuff when he converts over.
Only time will tell!

Accepted delivery on my laser cutter today. Already have a couple of small designs to try out. Very excited for this new chapter.
At 6ft 2, I'm not a small guy. I weigh 230lbs. This box weighs 115lbs, and at the perfect half body weight there is no way I can lift it by myself.
This may take longer than expected ;)
