Amazing video. Yes, it does look like a model. What I find fascinating is the number of vacant lots and space between most of the structures.
Great video for sure.

Thanks for sharing , when I saw it I was thinking some of you are really nailing it , with the signs the billboards and the structures looking exactly like the prototype in those years.
