Good morning all. Still icy cold. Plenty of coffee on hand, and don't think I have to out outside today (said optimistically)
Can't wait to reach the point I don't have to do the verification when I post LOL

PS. Any one here into CAD track planning, or know of anyone who likes doing such? Need to see if A) a published N scale plan would actually work and B) if it could be modified for my existing space. I am absolutely useless at it.
Good Morning All,
Started out the day with a walk at a very chilly 37F. Luckily there was very little breeze.
Today I have chores then I hope to get back to the train room for a while and work on the Diner kit.
Sorry Jim I can't help with that. I'm pretty much computer dumb.
I hope everyone has a good day.
Morning all.
Four below here, but we're headed to 21. A balmy day compared to the last week.
No CAD experience here, Jim.
Heading off to work. >:(
Jeff
38°.....Holy crap, time to move way south to get warm.....Morning all..... :o
Good Morning Folks;
Greetings from sunny but chilly Florida. I started going through our membership list yesterday to get the word out the Forum is back in business. I also have started letting modeling groups I know. I've already heard back from a couple of past members and see we have four new member sign ups. So let folks know as you talk to others and we will get back up to full speed.
Sorry Jim my CAD is limited to Tinkercad and even with that I'm just OK. Today, football I thought the Bucs played yesterday, turns out it is today. Hope everyone has a great day, and stay warm!
Jim
Morning all,
Yepper, it is cold here for the Sunshine State at 37F as Curt stated. I see we have a warming trend as it is now 38F
Jim, great news on getting old members back on the forum.
I'll be working on the REA today
Have a warm, safe and healthy day ya'll.
Tom
Morning,
Just two more days and temperatures above freezing, maybe I should consider shoveling the snow...nah! Let melt!
Today I continue to re-learn JMRI DecoderPro and NCE USB connector.
Good morning! We are still pulling negative numbers for our low temperatures but there is a warming trend predicted. We may get up to 37 degrees next week.
I have been spending a lot of hours in the train room and making some good progress on the layout.
I hope everyone has a great day,
Morning all,
Sorry, Jim, but I've been trying to learn CadRail and it's been pretty slow going. Glacial, in fact.
These cooler temps are perfect excuse to spend the afternoon at the workbench. Not that I need one. I did that yesterday and plan on doing more of the same today.
Have a great one!
Hip roof panels in place. I'll add metal seams tomorrow:

It took me a fair amount of fiddling to remember how to lay out a hip roof using dividers. Once I did that, the rest was easy.
