Mornin' All,
Woke up to a cooler morning today. Looks like clouds and some rain this week and lower temps. Hurray.
I'm going to try and find out when the drywall hanging/finish crew is going to get started.
Otherwise a regular/short work week.

Got my nut/bolt gauge panel mounted yesterday.
Morning all.
I'm off today, originally I was going to go to the Illinois Railway Museum yesterday and do things in the Chicago area today, but as I went two weeks ago and Saturday (not to IRM, unfortunately) to order/get the new van, I'm tired of driving, so didn't go.
Fixed the detached Tortoise yesterday. Hopefully some more layout work today.
Trip to Costco later this morning planned as well.

Good Morning;
Hope everyone in US had a good Labor Day weekend, the wife and I did, treated her out to great dinner on porch of a restaurant called The Chop House. Today some finance work then some work on RV before heading to the bench to work on bridge project. Looks like a nice hot day today but I can feel a slight change.

Hope that everyone had a good holiday weekend. Here's a view of a train going across the lift bridge. Thanks to my son for these pics, he was on his boat enjoying the weekend.

Good morning.
I'm back from a grocery run, though the biggest thing on the list was some cat food for the barn cats. In hindsight I have often wondered why I did not at least try to sell them when I sold my cows. Not sure what the market would have been for some used barn cats...
i hope everyone has a safe and productive day!
morning,
Still kicking..
Continuing work on a commission diorama here.
I am also still making progress on my new kit.
Have a great day all.
A neighbor called me to help move some furniture he bought ("have pick-up, will pick up stuff.") One of the people he got recliners from had a great dog. The dog ran out to the side yard, grabbed his toy, and promptly looked for someone to throw it for him. I obliged. 2 recliners, a patio table, moved some other stuff around in his house, and he bought lunch. Time well spent!
Back to the train room for a bit of work.
