Title: Tuesday October 29, 2024
Post by: jerryrbeach on October 29, 2024, 07:54:18 AM
Good morning.

The coffee is fresh and the door is not only unlocked, I left it wide open this morning.  Don't be shy, come on in!

Yesterday was "errand day", with stops for cat chow, the bank for some bucks, and two grocery stores for my chow.  Today is as yet undecided, though a somewhat sunny start this morning might mean more time outside than inside.

I hope everyone has a safe and productive day!

Afternoon all,

Light turnout today. Haven't made it to the workbench. At least not yet. I did get my walk in and do a small chore around the house.

Have a great one.

Afternoon all,

I thought I checked in this morning but I guess I forgot to hit the post  button. My bad, again.

I hope all are having a great and happy day.

I spent most of the day helping a neighbor figure out WiFi problems at his church, and then he bought lunch in exchange...  We'll go back and hopefully redo with new hardware on Monday.  (The church building eats WiFi signals, I could see the throughput go from 100 to 4 when I walked around a corner.)  Plan is to use Eero Mesh components that he has, and run an Ethernet cable to a centrally located Eero from the church office where the internet enters the building...

Anyway, no progress on the hopper.  Tomorrow is our town's Halloween, so I'll have to do some preparation for that, including figuring out dinner, before the little buggers start showing up at 5:00...  They're calling for a high of -80- tomorrow, that's about 27 degrees above normal.
