Looking to buy Rail Scale Miniatures Carrick's Corner kit. If anyone comes across one, at a show, or on a shelf in a shop (or in your closet:)) that's for sale, please let me know.
Thanks.

Model Railroaders take care of each other!!! ;D ;D ;D
Yes, 3 months wasn't too long to acquire it. It was a modeler on the better forum who came through, though.

Which one would that be?
Ok, this thread was from a year and a half ago, but I just now looked at it since then, as I was about to post my new 'Seeking'.
Somehow my editing of my last post on this got messed up. The line in that post should have read "It was a modeler on RR-Line forum who came through, though", not 'better". I had also written "Guess better late than never", but then deleted that. Not sure what happened, but hope no one took offense.

I'm glad you got one and would be interested to see your build someday. I built this kit a few years ago and absolutely love it. Instruction manual is great. I did have two issues with fitting the roof on the main building and on the smallest building. I would take special care to double check fit before getting too far on the roof, especially on the small building. My roof lines on the small building ended up looking quite a bit different than the photos in the manual. But still one of my favorite kits & dios.
These show up on eBay once a year or so. One sold last week for $455!!!
Actually, after I got it, and continued working on my planned diorama, I stared to realize all the structures in it did not fit the vision in my mind's eye. I knew I would most likely only build the book store, at least for the diorama, and that maybe someone else might want the whole kit. So I sold it on.
Same with my Vogue's furniture. I only wanted the main structure in that kit, and it was going 'house' different businesses, but I decided it was too large for the spot I had planned for it.
I just hope the buyers do actually build them, as opposed to just sitting on them waiting to sell them off for a profit. I sold both at what I had paid.
