Morning. Not interested in the big game but it is today in New Orleans. Woke up to about 6" of the fluffy white stuff here on the banks of the mighty mucky Merrimack river. I know what I'll be doing for a few hours. Enjoy your day.. Raymo
Morning Dan and others,
Rick provided breakfast for the Geezer's Lounge and I'll offer it here. We have scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy with your choice of beverage.
I'm starting my Super Bowl Day with yard work.
Have a great day ya'll.
Tom
Good morning from Wisconsin. Just an icy cold diet Dr Pepper for me.
Super Bowl Sunday and this former NFL fanatic has no interest in either team or the spectacle of the game. Enjoy it if you watch it. I've been to 4 games over the years and have found the TV to be more enjoyable.
Hockey on campus at noon. Upon returning home hopefully I feel up to some modeling.
Enjoy your day

A dusting of new snow here in MI just W of the capital. Temp in the 20s.
We took one of the Doll's daughters and family out for mid afternoon dinner, her birthday was 10 days ago, then home for cake. ::)
My Michigan State Spartans played hoops at noon yesterday, I recorded it and then we watched it in the evening, they overcame an 14 point half time gap and ended up beating the Oregon Ducks by 12 points. The puckers defeated the A2 team, U of MI, heartily 6-1 on the ice.
No big plans today, the Doll has her other daughter and a grand coming this morning and going to breakfast and then shopping. I'll pass on that and fend for myself.
Big game tonight holds zero or less interest in me. May have it on as something to do, or not. The layout is calling my name for some attention today.
Everyone have a fine day, be safe and warm.

Good morning everyone.
Mountain Center, CA weather: 41 now and 60 later with clouds.
ACLTom, thanks for the second cup.
Dan and everyone else checking in later, hope you have a great day.
I don't have any interest in todays other than I hope the Chiefs win.
Nothing much planned for today other than Star and I will take a little walk around our new campsite and explore.
Morning all.
Got all the cleaning done yesterday except for the workbench. We'll do that today. Will watch the game later but through the playoffs these are the last two teams I wanted to see in this game.
Wish I could do outside work like Tom, but it's only nine degrees out. We won't break freezing today.
Jeff
Morning all.....
Good Morning;
Not much modeling today. Taking the Boss and a group of ladies to a show in Orlando then home for the super bowl. Doubt if I will be wake for the second half.
Have a great day
Jim
Yard work for me will be waiting up some tortoise machines. Four inches of snow overnight means being in the house all day.
Good morning folks,
Have a good one and stay warm!
Have fun,
mike
Morning
It has snowed for the past week. There is an accumulation of 12" to shovel. Cool! Exercise.
Morning everyone
Tom I'll have a cup of the coffee.
A sunny/36 here in south Jersey.
We had rain most of the night.
I think the Chiefs will win again but only if they can stop Barkley from running!!
Everyone have a wonderful day!! :)
Jerry
The biggest drawback to the Super Bowl is that now the local newsies will have to find something else to fill the 25 minutes a broadcast they've invested in the Iggles for the past two weeks.
Fly Eagles, fly!
Good Morning !
Enjoy your day!
Philip
Mornin,' All!
20, feels like 9, with the grey blanket firmly in place overhead. Most of the WGFA has stopped, but there are showers off and on all day, so the three or four inches of "new" may or may not increase. Good day for the bench and the layout. I've refilled the silver bullet with Switch Tender blend, and it's indicating "READY," so that's next.
Make it a great day, All, and stay safe.
Pete
in Michigan
Morning all,
Not much on tap today. Probably some workbench time if I feel like it. Suffering, a bit, from all the pollen the trees are producing. My red car is turning yellow.
I'll watch the game. Hope the Eagles can pull it off this time around.
Have a great one!
Afternoon all,
I made a trip up to Home Despot in Lenior City for supplies (12 more sheets of 1/2" foamular, 4 gallons of paint, a case of Liquid Nails Project, etc etc). And then I had a couple hours of real work. Eventually I was able to work on the middle level steel brackets that will mount around the center platform. I finished drilling holes, grinding smooth edges, and then I brushed a coat of Ospho on them. Ospho turns iron oxide (rust) into iron phosphate which is an inert hard substance that can be painted. Next step is to spray paint them flat black and then mount them.
Adventure Kitty enjoys climbing all over the layout. To her it's like a giant cat tree. :)
Good evening, all. The sun set over the Merrimack Valley a few minutes ago. I spent the morning shoveling, clearing the PV panels with my long 15 foot squeegee and using the tractor on the long driveway and plow berms here, at my daughter's and at my sister's. It was above freezing and sunny here, so I let that do the cleanup on my tractor work. Then I reconstructed another RR-Line thread. Next I tend the chickens and the barn cat while my wife makes dinner.
My daughter just sent me a picture of her wearing the newest Buffalo Bills t-shirt, with who they want to win on it.
It says F**K BOTH TEAMS!
😅😅
Don't blame me. I'm just the messenger. She takes after her mother.
