Morning all,
Icky and sticky already this morning, headed to 90 with rain later. Maybe it will cool off. I'll have to mow before the rain.
Trip to Costco and Lowe's this morning. Did some work on the FSM kit, will hope to get back to it today.
Here's an O2 observation plane. I always remind my son that if I didn't have a wife, kids and a dog, I'd own the civilian version, a Cessna Skymaster.

A perfect day in SE NH, up from 55 last night to 75, sunny, low humidity.
Today I'll install the LEDs on the machine shop. I'm pondering which glue to use, I don't want to risk any solvent compromising the wiring, but I need fast tack and of course a permanent joint.

Morning
Great picture Jeff. Stick with the family and dog!!
A wet day in South Jersey.
Maybe some bench time.
Everyone have a great day!! :)

Good morning. Another great picture, Jeff.
The fun thing about scratch building is figuring out how to put things together without causing problems with future steps. Dave's wrestling with glue, I'm wrestling with interior bracing that doesn't interfere with floors, adjacent walls or future lighting.

Morning all,
A trip to Home Depot to see if I can find replacement bulbs for the bathroom light. I'll pick up lunch on the way home and then hit the workbench.
Have a great one!
Oh my! The Cessna Push Me-Pull You! The Battle Creek ANG base had a group of them at one time for the weekend warriors. They and their civilian counter part, Skymaster, had a unique sound to them with the off beat pairing of power. You could, with a properly trained ear, hear a considerable different sound than from traditional twin engine aircraft. I've not seen one in quite a long time.
Bright sunny sky 8) and cooler in Michigan this morning, the smoke has relented as has the stockpile of excessive humids. ::)
The Eagle dropped it's pittance in the checking acc't over the weekend, a bit early for some reason, and I've paid bills much of the morning. Township property taxes for home and Northern Command are due before the next visit from the bird so they will go out in today's post...ouch... :o That's the last of the summer big bite$, propane pre-buy for winter 25-26 and taxes I've saved months for.
I've decided to check into different internet for here. After the fiber in the North, this meager 10-20 'variable speed' hard wire has been truly pathetic, on the par with USPS delivery, since we've come back. Particularly poor this weekend. The regional elec co-op is wiring their service area at a snails pace but I live 2-300 feet outside their area and don't forsee any chance of that around here at any time. The half-a$$ local monopoly buster phone co hasn't the assets it seems and there isn't any "free money" available for internet expansion like in the UP. So I'm looking at a sale price for Star-link and based on folks I've heard from that praise it, like Rick and Star and our builder in the UP, I'm going to pull the trigger on that after I post this.
Onward and upward! oh, PT at 1400 ::)
Be well stay safe.

I'm testing Deluxe Materials "Tacky Glue". Like most of their products, it's a water based PVA, so I don't have to worry about any chemical interactions with the LEDs. I glued a piece of styrene to a piece of wood, and have that long styrene stick basically hanging in thin air. Cure time is an hour, but so far the stick shows no signs of falling off the wood.

Good afternoon, all. I've paid some bills and need to do some mowing after lunch. Right now I'm waiting to chat with someone about returning the fiber router/wifi device I'm renting but not using (installer couldn't make it work because I don't have Windows or MAC, so he just connected the firewall I already owned).
