Cold and ugly in Michigan. Rain snow mix and forum software eating up literary genius posts.
:o
Karl, are you hearing bangs from the wood in the hunt for Bambi?
Open day for me today, I should get down to the train room in a bit.

Morning all,
Rain last night, which was quite needed. High of 43 today. Workers managed to cover the areas they stripped off the siding before the rain. Hopefully they finish this week.
Since they're working in front of the house, we can't get any vehicles into the garage. I will have to go to a charging station later to charge mine up.
Since I'm unable to get Decoder Pro to work on this computer, I'm going to get the old one out as I know it has a working program, though it's not up to date.

"unable to get Decoder Pro to work on this computer" :-\
DecoderPro/JMRI another of those programs that changes everything as soon as you THINK you have it figured out, like CAD programs and others. My mind hasn't learned much new since WinXP.
Dave;
I've heard fewer than usual, OR my hearing aids are a year older. I've NOT seen the big buck I had posted last week on my back camera. Word is the season is going well, safe so far and some trophies are being taken.
I saw several on the run traveling yesterday to and from the OPS

Well, Karl, given WinXP's vulnerabilities, you probably have a brain virus. ;D
dave
Good Afternoon;
Don't worry Karl, the brain virus Dave talked about is in almost the entire population. I've had it for at least 25 years.
It is another great day here in Florida, the house is open and a nice breeze passing through, I love this time of year! I did my chores this morning so afternoon is mine. I've got the 3D printer humming on bridge girders and the CAD program lite up for working on next part. I've really taken my time on this project, trying to get the most detailing correct of any model I have ever worked on. Initial prints are encouraging. I've been able to limit the amount of supports to 4 on the upper side girders and 8 on the bottom. This really helps keep the parts clean and the detailing fresh.
Anyway have everyone is having a great day. Here is a still captured. by the Feds during Prohibition. I wonder how many barrels made it to the police locker.

I can remember in my first months of law enforcement I encountered a mildly intoxicated (by 1972 standards) fellow and took his remaining beer away from him. He ended up a couple hours later ignoring my earlier generosity and had to lock him up.
Had to go get his beer out of my fridge and book it into evidence. :'(
