Title: Wednesday
Post by: Jim Donovan on November 19, 2025, 10:13:24 AM
Well I guess I will open the clubhouse today. It is beautiful outside so windows and door is open. Coffee is on the counter and donuts for the late arrivals.

I am puttering along on my 3D print project and hope to begin seeing finished parts today come off the printer. The first, bottom beams for the bridges lift section came off yesterday looking good.

Enjoy the day and hope everyone is well.

Good evening from the NH seacoast. Those girders came out nicely, Jim. I recall an old MR (I think) article where someone used pinking shears to simplify building laced girders with shim brass and solder.

Our crane operation at the Trolley Museum went as we'd planned, just as a more complicated operation Tuesday to send some trolley trucks out for rehab.  I've had dinner, now for reports and emails.  Staying home tomorrow for paperwork and organizing chores, then my layout.
