I was making my Trader Joes run for staples, including their (low sugar) Dark Chocolate Lovers Bar (we eat a lot of that.) I also picked up some roses. The guy looked at my basket and said, "Wow, you must have done something really bad!"
It's sunny, 23 heading to 37. Scotch Club is scheduled for 3:00, starting earlier to get more sunshine. It's been deferred for several weeks due to extreme cold. I realized I should do curtains on the farmhouse windows before I glue them into position, so that's the goal for today.

Good morning, Karl, Dave and late risers. Karl, I'm surprised how little snow you have given the posts about storms. Even after several days above freezing I've still got 12-18" on my lawn and fields, almost all from just two significant storms.
This afternoon my wife is teaching how to make air-drying clay flowers, then we have a reservation in Newburyport (but not in a building I have room for on the layout). Meanwhile, I picked up standard "clogged carb" materials and proved the Gravely will fire on carb cleaner. Time to take it off and clean it (yes, it has a valve on the gas tank).
Morning all,
Happy Heart Day Everyone.
Today I'm spending the day with Pam. Later lunch where ever she wants.
Have a happy day ya'll.

Good morning all,
Our 36th anniversary was this past Tuesday so we went out to eat. We said no cards, no gifts for our anniversary or Valenties Day given we're teking another European river cruise in June. That's our gift to each other. Makes life easier.
Tonight is game night so a little prep for that this afternoon. Otherwise, not much happening so I'll sneek in a little workbench time somewhere during the day.
Have a great one!
Good morning to all and happy Valentine's day. New member here, couldn't find somewhere else in the forum, to greet you all as a new member, so hello to everyone!
Yannis here, modelling HO, ATSF in 1968-1970, East LA, Pasadena, Cucamonga (Pasadena subdivision), (and also tried On30 in the past), with the majority of the work on my layout being scratchbuilds and kitbashes rather than out-of-the-box kits. Same goes for most of my rolling stock.
Awesome work by all members here, so glad to be here.

Good Morning and Happy Valentines Day Folks;
Welcome to the Forum Yannis glad you joined the merry band of modelers here and looking forward to your posts. I too will be taking my bride out for lunch at a restaurant of her choice, I suspect it will be Mexican.
Today sunny and nice in Florida with 70's as high so great day to open the house up. I might get some bench time in but that is to be determined. Hope everyone has a great day.

LOL! My wife and I got hitched on the Bridge of the Enterprise at the Star Trek Casino when it was running. Second choice was Elvis at the Chapel o' Love!
