Thanks guys!
I finished the first machine (planer) February 25th 2012.
This has been a dream a long time.
I have lots of little details to build (fun stuff).
The floor is dirty but nor very. 🤣
I hope y'all will look in as I continue in my 1:16 adventure.

Is one of the details a broom like Chuck had in his shop?  ;)
Of course I'll be here watching.
Been meaning to ask, the knee any better?

Thanks Rick.
Yes, lots of details.
Funny, I was thinking about Chuck's broom after seeing the clean comments. Toying with how I want to make them...

New knee is pretty good. Up to doing most of my chores.  Waiting on the Dr. to get his shmight together.

Thanks for asking

I'm just glad y'all like it.
I hope it helps/inspires you guys to build or try more.
I guess I enjoy the challenge.
Always pushing my comfort zone and improving my skills.
Today was a "learning day"🤬 but I learned a lot.

Seems that we can divide modelers into the minority who have tackled a belt-drive machine shop and the sane side of the hobby.  As a now card-carrying member of the insane side, I appreciate all the more the amount of research that goes into understanding machining and making models of very complex systems (or more accurately, system-of-systems, when you add the belts and the machinery to drive the lineshafts.)
