Morning all,
Sunny this morning, headed to 80 this afternoon.
We'll be heading to Des Moines this afternoon to pick up the daughter and her family.
The fascia is in place and the trim piece is cut as well. They both need painting, but that's a job for another day.

Good morning, Jeff and later arrivals. The lower Merrimack Valley got down to the 50s last night, headed for the low 70s later. Rain overnight and earlier this morning, clouds till around sunrise tomorrow. I've looked over the Forum, now I need to get the trash out and return to outdoor chores.
Morning all.....
We had nice soaking rain overnight, much needed. Our lawn guy came this morning and cut the wet grass. Probably not the best timing, but everything is green and short, so I'm not complaining. We're at 13.3" yesterday (before this rain), normal is 23.7"
I need to generate some steam to work on the layout. Yesterday I spent a couple hours looking for the 12v power supply I know I have -somewhere-, with no luck. So I ordered another, I'm willing to spend/waste money to save frustration.... I still haven't figured out the permanent wire run for the layout lighting, but that's a problem for another day. Either I should run the lighting over the other side of the drop ceiling part of the layout, or go back and do more detailing on the farm scene scenery.

Good morning all,
It's going to be a hot, humid day in Central Florida. I'll keep the trips outside to a minimum.
Well, the last of my friends from my old place of employment got the axe today. Our lunch group now consists of all former employees. About half of us retired and the remainder we laid off.
A few more pictures from Lucerne.
Have a great one!
Slow start this morning. Caffeine hasn't kicked in yet and the rain and gray skies aren't doing much for my get-up-and-go either.
Too lazy to see if it's raining up Scranton way where 4014 is getting some well deserved rest.
Reading Week is fast approaching so guess I'll take a raiiny day to prep for that. This is one of the few times annually we have room for the full 170' length set-up. It does make putting it up a battle.
Hope it's sunny where you are.
Morning all. Waiting to be seen for my eye Dr's appointment while I type. Made my last appearance at work yesterday for a few hours. I'm still on the payroll till the end of July using up my Paid Time Off. Hopefully it will stay raining today to give me an excuse to build something.
Raymo that truck is very nice.
Sun, 8) pleasant breeze out today in 1:1 world.
The weather guy used the term Gully Washer in tomorrow's forecast :o
Fixing broken stuff. Greasy fun, NOT
Raymo, neat truck, coal delivery?
That's all I have to say..
