Good morning, all. The NH seacoast is sunny and heading from the mid-60s to the high 70s. Yesterday gave us a lot of rain, so the lawn is happy, my berries are happy and my earliest apple, a Yellow Transparent, is ripening. I've put out fruit, cereal, muffins and rolls. Eggs, bacon and sausages are in the fridge if you want to light the griddle.
Off to Seashore again in a bit. I'm hoping today and tomorrow we can put together the last rail joint in the Double Slip that needed rebuilding.
Good Morning;
Thanks for getting breakfast ready James I'll just have a coffee for now. Central Florida is definitely in the summer pattern now. Upper 70's to start the day up into the 90's and good chance of afternoon thunderstorm or two. Yesterday I was able to cut the dead trunks of two date palms we have, the winter freeze got them. Today is weeding and feeding day. Hope to get back on my project later on the bench as well.
Hope everyone has a great day.
Jim
Morning all,
We're headed to 90 degrees today with high humidity. I'll be staying inside. I should get out and walk as the airshow is in two weeks, but my right knee has been bothering for a few days. It was a bit better yesterday and hopefully will continue to improve.
My daughter flew back to Portland yesterday, my son in law and the kids are still here, but have relocated to his folk's home also in Iowa City. I'll be attending to layout issues over the next few days.

We didn't get as much rain as James, that was definitely a 'southern storm' in NH. I drove through much of it yesterday. The meeting with my university reps went pretty well, but they still need to deliver (make public the stuff we talked about.) And I stopped off at a gen-u-ine hobby shop and dropped $100 mostly on Woodland Scenics stuff and some paint. It was great to see a well-stocked shop, even if the stockage of train stuff was on the light side. LOTS and LOTS of tanks, though.

Morning all.....
Light rain in the area. It's quite humid, upper 60s to mid 70s and haze. The lake is calm. It's chilly to me.
It appears the heat is back at HQ.
All is well.
