Title: Monday August 3 - post Nation Train Show blues
Post by: NEMMRRC on August 03, 2026, 09:11:29 AM
Howdy!

It's back to work for me after some fun at the National Train Show. There was so much to see. I was super impressed with what turned out to be the world's largest T-Track layout. I've been left out on what T-Track is all about. I need to learn more.

Included is a schematic of the T-Track N scale layout at the National that boasts to be the world's largest. It took me an hour to walk around it and review every T-Track module. I overheard some of the operators say "I've been walking behind my train for 2 hours and I haven't completed the loop yet". It was impressive.

69 going to ~80 with 100% sun today in Michigan.

I prepped a couple cars for decals yesterday, the total of my hobby stuff.

Plenty of 1::1 to do today.

Be well

Morning all,

Glad you had a good time, Jaime.  No $16 FSM kits?

Eighty degrees here and headed a bit higher, humid as well.

Hope to work on the kit later, didn't do anything yesterday. ::)

Apparently that was -90 N Scale Miles- of T-Track.

Right now we're in a break in the rain.  We've had more than an inch so far, most rain in quite a while.  We're supposed to get more (much needed) rain later today.  It's warm and muggy, and will stay that way for the rest of the week (ugh).  I'm trying to generate steam to go to the train room, I did not sleep well last night.  Woke up 3 times, once for me to go pee, once for the dog to go pee, and the third time with a low blood sugar alarm.  A nap is probably in store this afternoon.

Morning all. Rainy and wet here in the northeast corner of Massachusetts.  Not complaining because we need it. Finished the lobster boat yesterday so now I can paint it. Will have to wait for the humidity to come down a little before  I can. There's a woman on FB marketplace in NH selling Jordan's for $15 a piece including the ERIE shovel.

Is that $15.00 for the shovel or the entire kit?
