Dave Meek, of Thunder Mesa Trains has decided to dip his hand back into the kit making business.
As part of his Thunder Mesa layout he is building a new town called Latigo, so has to do a bunch of structures, so is offering these also as laser cut kits. Limited time, one issued each 3 months.

Yes, Jaime & Rick, it looks like a great first kit and Dave's videos are always excellent tutorials.
It looks like an easy kit because he has engineered it really well.
